Victor is an associate at Heise Suarez Melville, P.A. He arrives with an impressive educational background, having graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law and receiving his B.A. summa cum laude from Florida International University.

Victor was born and raised in Miami. He has demonstrated an impressive commitment to his community over the years. By way of example, after college, he spent time tutoring Miami-Dade County elementary school students and teaching social studies to at-risk youth.

These experiences only heightened Victor’s dedication to making a positive impact on his community. Accordingly, while in law school, Victor worked at the Legal Services of Greater Miami, where he represented homeowners in foreclosure defense cases and creditors in debt collection actions under Florida’s Consumer Collection Practices Act. He also interned at the National Labor Relations Board, where he learned how to identify and address issues associated with employees’ exposures to unfair labor practices.

At Miami Law’s Health Rights Clinic, Victor provided legal representation to clients facing disability reconsideration cases and immigration issues. His dedication led to successful outcomes, including helping a family of asylum seekers obtain Legal Permanent Residency with inadmissibility waivers. Victor earned the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for his work at the clinic.

Victor is fluent in Spanish. He enjoys spending time with his family and has a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
