After the collapse of Champlain Towers in Surfside, HSM was appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee pursuing the class action against all who were responsible for the unimaginable tragedy. Over $1 billion was recovered for the victims and HSM is proud of its work on this important case and helping to bring closure to the people affected by this horrific event.
HSM was recently retained as lead trial counsel for Trademark Metals Recycling to defend against claims of malicious prosecution and to prosecute corporate claims for unjust enrichment, conversion, and civil theft.
